Continuing its efforts against drug menace, Police team of PS Rajbagh under the overall supervision of SSP Kathua Sh. Shobhit Saksena -IPS recovered approx. 11.01 grams of Heroin (Chitta) like narcotics in the jurisdictional area of PS Rajbagh, 01 drug peddler arrested.
On 21-02-2025, acting on the intelligent input received through a reliable source, a Police team of PS Rajbagh under the guidance of SDPO Border & SHO PS Rajbagh laid down a special naka/ checking in its jurisdictional area at Channi NHW and apprehended one person namely Mohd Ali S/o Nazir Ahmed R/o HardoMuthi Tehsil Marheen District Kathua who was having 11.01 grams of heroin like substance in his possession. The recovered contraband was seized and accused person was taken into police custody on spot. In this connection, further investigation is in progress vide FIR No. 37/2025 U/S 8/21/22/NDPS Act, PS Rajbagh.
