Kathua Update Desk- The NSS Vounteers, NCC cadets and Sports students participated in waste Collection Mega event in college campus and it was really a Pride Moment when the participants had high enthusiasm and spirit to participate in the drive and felt elated to be part of activity which was conducted in Government Degree College for Women Kathua  and event was conducted  under the banner of Clean India and My College, My Pride . The entire drive was conducted under the supervision of Dr Sangita Nagari , esteemed Principal of the College , she encouraged and supported the Volunteers  and  Cadets  who participated with great enthusiasm and collected waste at  large quantity (Near about 200 kg  Waste)  disposed off and  loaded in the vehicle of Municipality Kathua  which set an example in the college . The Volunteers and cadets took pledge that they would keep campus neat and clean and also aware the students to carry out such activities in their areas. Dr Arun Dev Singh NSS Programme officer also extended special thanks to Dr Sangita Nagari Madam worthy Principal of the college who always encourage and inspire the volunteers and cadets for organizing such drives in the college. Ms Raj Kumari ,NSS coordinator, Ms. Pallavi and Dr.Rajni Khajuria , Dr Vaishno Devi ANO NCC Unit and Mr Roshan Lal  PTI  also joined the drive .
