In a major success against drug, Police Post Chadwal have recovered approximately 45 kilograms of high grade Cannabis Plant material (Charas) having market value of approximate Rs. 1 Crore.
Team of Police Post Chadwal of district police Kathua during vehicular Checking on NHW recovered the said contraband from Vehicle No. DL4CAM- 4846 driven by Mohd. Zakir Sheikh S/O Mohd. Ali Sheikh R/O Noor Jahan Chawal, Road No. 10 near Tavera Hotel Hajuri Dargah, Thane Maharashtra having in illegal possession of said contraband. On the disclosure of the accused driver the said vehicle coming from Jammu towards pathankot was searched and contraband recovered from special cavity.
